AI Knows Me is the managed AI-visibility service powered by Rankry and operated by Rankry LLC, a company registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Rankry LLC, the data controller for the information you send through this website.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into our form, plus the basic technical data every website receives.
- Contact form: your name, work email, company website, the reason for contacting us and your message.
- An optional answer to “How did you hear about us?”
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use it
To review whether we are a fit, to reply to you and to schedule calls you ask for. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Before a call we may run public buyer questions about your category through AI engines (for example ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini) to prepare observations. Your company name, website and competitor may be entered into those third-party tools as part of that. Do not include confidential information in the form.
Who processes it
The site is served through Cloudflare and hosted on our own server. Form submissions are delivered to our lead inbox by email. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us, and do not use it for their own purposes. Any additional processor is named here before it is used.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Client engagement data is governed by the service agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop any further contact. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
